What is your return policy?

Pearls are investment and passed on from generation to generation; you get your money's worth manifold overtime! However, if you still like to return your pearl product, we have 100% money back guarantee on all our products if the item is returned to us within 30 days from the original date of shipment. This guarantee is not valid for any custom or modified orders of products made at the customer's request. Before you return any item please contact us for Return Merchandise Authorization number. The item must be returned to us absolutely unused and new, in its original condition and original packaging(s) along with the Certificate of Authenticity/Appraisal Report and security tags. If the pearl jewelry item is used and security tags removed, there will not be any exchange/return. The return package should be postmarked and the return number written on the package. We strongly recommend that you insure the items as we will not be responsible for lost, delay or damaged items in transit.
